Suspended Forms explores the way natural forms exist in a continual state of becoming. Inspired by unfolding petals, shifting riverbanks, and clouds that gather and disperse, the painting reflects my fascination with the quiet logic that underlies movement and change. Forms emerge, separate, and reconnect across the surface, suspended between dissolution and growth, inviting the viewer to discover relationships that unfold gradually over time. Built through layers of acrylic paint, graphite, charcoal, and hand-stitched tapestry wool, the work reflects my ongoing exploration of the patterns and rhythms that organize the natural world. Painted forms merge and overlap while stitched passages introduce a tactile presence that reinforces the handmade nature of the work. The tension between painted gesture and physical fiber serves as a reminder that being human is both ethereal and physical at the same time.
