This sculptural painting “Homeland Glow” depicts a young woman's vision of herself settling and thriving in a new land. It was painted in spray paint, acrylics and oils on collaged 3D topographical raised relief map of the mountainous desert landscape of Death Valley, California.

The painting is continued on the sides of the 3/4 inch cradled wood panel. Topographic features of the artwork add an additional 1.5 inches of depth. It comes ready to hang. It is framed in a maple wood floater frame which has been painted to a darker brown stained look, with picture wire attached, varnished, signed by the artist on the front and back, and with a certificate of authenticity.
