My process brings together a mixture of inks, pens, acrylics and oils providing depth. Each step brings me joy, from the fluidity of the inks, the structure of the pen, the transformation from the acrylics and the depth and colour the oils bring.
Inspiration
This painting was inspired by our deep dependence on nature and its eternal cycle of life. The growth of flowers requires light, just as bees are drawn to flowers, aiding in the production of honey and beeswax. Ultimately, this process allows us to create light through candles.
