Two currents move through the same water.

One glows like a hidden flame — instinct, hunger, becoming. The other drifts in cool blue hush — patience, depth, surrender. They are not opposites, but companions in the long rhythm of the sea.

This diptych reflects the quiet duality within us all: the urge to rise and the need to descend, the fire that drives us and the tide that steadies us. Between them is a charged stillness — the space where balance is born.

In the deep, both forces are necessary.

In life, we are made of both.
