Heaven On Earth

A poetic collection by Dimitra Milan

Heaven on Earth
A collection of nine original paintings

“All my life, I’ve been told I have my head in the clouds.

Maybe I do. I’ve always been a dreamer... the kind of person who sees beauty everywhere, who believes the best is yet to come, who keeps hoping when it would be easier not to. Some would call that naive. I’ve come to see it as a gift.

These nine paintings are for the dreamers. Sleeping figures wrapped in clouds, waves glowing under the moon, a dove rising through a sky full of stars... each one is a small glimpse of what I believe is true: heaven is closer than we think.

The world needs more of us dreamers... people willing to look up, hold onto wonder, and help bring a little of heaven down to earth.

Heaven on Earth is offered as a complete collection of nine works, to be kept together as one.

Peace…

Where soul and sky meet

Your voice like thunder

Calls me higher

 My heart longs to surrender

To touch the stars, taste the clouds

Breathe your thoughts

So heaven fills the empty spaces

And turns my heartache

Into bliss For a day spent with you

Is better than a thousand elsewhere… “
